Particularly the intelligent HF precision wooden frame joining machine can link up customers' MES/ERP system, and automatically adjust the dimension of workpiece through scanning bar code or QR code, especially suitable for customized production of small batches of many specifications.
High speed: glue is solidified in 5- 20 seconds, and it can operate on the assembly line.
Low cost: One frame only cost 0.003-0.04 KWH.
High precision: The servo motor is matched with a precision ball screw to achieve high positioning accuracy. and the diagonal error is <0. 1mm.
